Can we install ubuntu's software center “add-ons” on MX Linux -19?
When I was using Ubuntu, I can use the ubuntu software center add-ons for customizing many things like Hot corner, Workspace to dock and much more stuff but the question here is, May I use those add-ons on my newly installed MX Linux-19

Have you looked at what is in the MX Package Installer?
The same items or similar alternatives can be found in MX Linux, but....
Don't install packages made specifically for Ubuntu, it usually turns into nothing but trouble down the road.
Use what is in MX Package Manager or Synaptic (if you are familiar with it).
If something is missing you can always make a package request, but make sure you check it isn't already in MX first.

Actually, is there any sort of add-ons for MX Linux like ubuntu? I don,t want to install them here instead of searching some kinda addons for MX Linux like ubuntu.

MX Package Installer has popular apps, a test repo, a Debiam Backports repo and Flatpacks.

Add-ons to what exactly? To the Desktop Environment?
Please clarify what Ubuntu version or Ubuntu-derivative you were using in the past, and what Desktop Environment did that distro use. Standard Ubuntu uses the Gnome environment, which is NOT MX's default desktop environment of XFCE.
Or are you referring to additional applications and programs you want to install over and above the default applications found on MX Linux?

Re: Can we install ubuntu's software center “add-ons” on MX Linux -19?
It's still being tested by the maker. It does work but you need to put in some additional effort after installing it. Read post 3 (by me) in that thread, and see if you are able to follow.
The official Hotcorner plugin for XFCE was deprecated about 1 or 2 Debian releases ago, as it was no longer being maintained by the original developer.
See https://mxlinux.org/wiki/applications/hotcorner/
All the alternatives will still require some work from you to configure it, even Compiz.
You still haven't told us what Ubuntu version you were using. Was it Gnome? Gnome itself has a hotcorner built into the top left corner ("Activities"), but MX does not use Gnome by default.

So it is Gnome.
MX uses XFCE by default. You will need to get familiar with it.
