Xfce 4.16 development phase starting

Nothing exciting as far as I can tell, and comes with a 6+ month wait. Plus, I think Client-Side Decorations everywhere is idiotic, because it means you can't mix and match window themes like you could before.
However, six months down the road things may change, hopefully for the better and not for the worse.
