MX/Debian are not rolling distros.
Even in Arch Linux, which is a leading edge rolling distro, it is still in a Testing repo as at the time of this post. [https://archlinux.org/packages/extra-te ... a-desktop/ ] .
I don't think you will see Plasma 6 in Debian 12 Bookworm (the current Debian Stable). I'm sure it uses a Qt version that is too new for Debian Stable, so unless someone takes on the huge task of trying to rebuild it to work with older Qt, it's not going to happen.
