As per the subject, I was asking myself whether it is possible to encrypt a SSD also after installing MXlInux? If yes, how can this be accomplished? Otherwise, do I need to install MXLinux again?

I have looked at pavucontrol. However, when looking at Configuration, there are two possiblities:
1. Rembrandt Radeon High Definition Audio: There are some possiblities there, but they are all "unavailable" (Except ProAudio, but the audio ...

So I enabled AHS and installed the Liquorix Kernel 6.9.12.

However, the change in audio is only of minor extent. I do not think it can be enhanced with another liquorix kernel.

Also, I have the comparison with Windows a few weeks ago, where this problem is not evident with the same Browser ...

since my installation of MXLinux I have audio problems on some websites using librewolf browser. It sounds very low and distorted. On other websites, there is not a problem, e.g. youtube. It is also no problem of my current browser, as it happens in other browser as well. I looked a lot around ...

Now I am back with my newly installed MXLinux. Everything worked out perfectly.

Should I use the partition scheme "GPT" or "MBR" in rufus for my MXlinux-iso? The default of Rufus was MBR ...

Yes, I just saw that I can just change it in the BIOS.
