How's it going? I have the same problem :(
Previously I had a 17-cr0xxx model and the hp-15-ew0xxx-snd-fix patch fixed the sound problem perfectly. But for 17-cw0xxx it doesn't work. I have tried various combinations of this fix, but regardless of the options, I constantly get an error in the log ...
