I installed a windscribe GUI beta

now my etc/apt/sources.list is skrewed. cant upgrade or update anything. Using gdebi to install .deb file i get : "SOFTWARE INDEX IS BROKEN please check for broken packages with synaptic blah blah"
tried using gedit to edit but ...

Ive plugged it in, but I guess plug and play magic wont happen on linux, but nothings happening, any ideas
