System freezes after some time when waking up from sleep(suspend)

Hi, when I put my laptop to sleep for some time then wake it up. Use for a while (about 5 minutes), it freezes the screen, doesn't respond to my mouse and keyboard inputs.
I tried Ctrl+alt+f1 etc, doesn't respond.
I haven't had any issues other than this. Great job.
