sudo nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf
Just uncomment (remove the # at the beginning (only) ) of the line:
# Option "AccelMethod" "uxa" #could also use the default "sna"
Save, close ( Ctrl + X , then Y ) , reboot, try.

Installing the antix-4.19 kernel does not solve the flicker problem in MX21 KDE (installed).

Today I launched Discover for the first time.
The process of updating packages is hidden from the user. In fairness, it should be noted that the program worked 100%, although I stopped it ahead of schedule.
But Synaptic and MX-Updater are much more informative and convenient.
