Firefox or Opera Font

Is there a way to change the font for Firefox or Opera font. I just don't like the font and cant figure how how to change it to what you usually see on a windows pc

Preferences > Fonts and Colours in Firefox.
If you want a Windows font you will have to install it. Noto Sans is pretty close to Arial though.
