Hi there, I saw in the debian 13 trixie release notes that, "The git-daemon-run and git-daemon-sysvinit packages have been removed from trixie due to security reasons."

Does MX Linux 23 use these packages and do the security reasons therefore affect it?

They aren't installed by default in MX.
It looks to me like they are for repository servers so most desktop installations won't have them.
