For anyone interested, here is the announcement. Your comments are welcome, but please leave politics aside, just comments on the technical aspects of this X11 fork.

P.S. I know some of you don't like Mr. B. Lunduke, I don't care about that, what I care about it's just the news of this XLibre release and the new features and changes it will come with, that's all, cheers!

The title of the post that got locked was about "Xorg has been Forked", this post is about "The first release of XLibre", I think they are Not the same, completely different subjects AFAIK!

The Xorg fork is named XLibre. Unless this link is about a different high-profile software project with an unfortunate name collision, it is the same topic.

Well, I say let the users of this forum decide on that, if they want to see the video and/or news and later they want to leave a comment on how this was the same or not is fine with me, the users have brains and there are very smart people on here who can decide for themselves, they don't need nobody telling them what to think!

Huh? Bruh...! Adrian, it's you again? Did you see the news, they're excelent, Wayland got competition, so it means they'll work harder to make it better and more usable than before, That is the good thing about competition, it helps the products be better and not mediocre, Why have only One Product When You Can Have Two That You Can Choose From? The Better Product will win at The End, Don't You Think So? Just give it time, this race (figuratively speaking) is getting very interesting, cheers!

Yes, comments & opinions about the technical aspects are welcome, unlike others on these forums I won't be disrespectful and personally attack or bash anybody because of my political ideals or beliefs or if "I feel that whomever tought you English should be loosing their license right about now.(Your quote)" if they have some degree of civility and respect for me & others!
