BT Keyboard (Keychron K3) only works with bluedevil-wizard?

#1 Post by maxmoon »

I tried to get my Keychron K3 working on my MX Linux via Bluetooth, but no luck after only using blueman-applet.

I could connect the keyboard via Bluetooth and make it trust, but no keys worked.

After disconnecting and connecting manually, it didn't work anymore and there was an info:

Code: Select all

Connection Failed: br-connection-create-socket
An internet search only told me to turn off and on bt again, but it didn't work.

After a while I used bluedevil-wizard instead of trying to pair it with blueman-applet and it worked 9_9

The question is, why? What does bluedevil-wizard do differently than the wizard of blueman-applet?

*MXPI = MX Package Installer
*Please check the solved checkbox on the post that solved it.
