I have connection problems with iwlwifi card on watching live television and sometimes the ssh command has some delays
Here is the information of my system. The same problem occurs on a tuxedo laptop with similar wifi card

By any chance did this start when you moved to the 6.13.x kernel ?

No, I had the same issues with any kernel previous than 6.13

You need to test the laptop against another router. If the problem doesn't repeat, you will know right away that the problem lies with your own router (or upstream with your provider) and not the wifi card.

You might want to determine if your provider has a history of throttling heavy bandwidth users.
