So i asked in anther thread about posting a nice "intro to MX Linux" video i had come across, and was directed to post it here. Then I thought maybe this could be a thread where anyone can post video's they found useful about MX Linux use. So please feel free to post any such videos and maybe this will become a nice resource for users?

My link was a review in a classic british 1980's era educational video from the excellent "Explaining Computers" youtube channel:

It's for the slightly older version (21), but it covers a bunch of things someone new to MX Linux might want to know. Please feel free to add any video's you find could be helpful below.

Good idea.
"Explaining Computers" does a good job with his videos.

This was just posted 3 hours ago and came up in my recommendations after I watched this week's The Linux Experiment. I'm not familiar with Action Retro and can't vouch for his content, but I have to give credit to anyone willing to put MX-23.5 Fluxbox on a Pentium 3.

And before anyone asks: yes, he replaced the hard disk first.

It's mostly hemming and hawing over the old hardware, but there are some decent, practical troubleshooting steps he takes that would be helpful for beginners to learn.

I am new to MX Linux but I genuinely think this is a keeper on my 15 year old Netbook. Thank you!

Here is a quick and dirty video I created earlier to show it running on 2010 Samsung N145 netbook with an Intel Atom Processor, 2Gb RAM and SSD. This was done solely to demonstrate this working on this machine for the benefit of others wondering about MX Linux as an option for a Netbook.

Maybe someone can help me remove the error messages at startup, not that they affect performance in anyway.

The warnings/errors at boot are related to problems the kernel thinks it might have with the machine's BIOS. I've found that a Liquorix kernel hides them at boot, though they are still there.
