I have a question, which version of Mx Linux is better to choose for it?

We need the make and model of this laptop at the very least.
HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
HP 17; ryzen 3 3200; 500 GB SSD; 12 GB ram
Idea Center 3; 12 gen i5; 256 GB ssd;

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.

This will run the AHS version with no problem, so you can choose from that or KDE.

Why not download both and try them live?

KDE currently ships with AHS libraries and firmware, but a stock Bookworm kernel, which can prevent a boot on new hardware. We're discussing adding an AHS kernel to it.

But that CPU (12th-gen) should be OK, even on regular MX 23.
MXPI = MX Package Installer
QSI = Quick System Info from menu
The MX Test repository is mostly backports; not the same as Debian testing

This is something that has been bugging me.... why not just include everything and use a toggle or something upon initial install? Would it not simplify matters greatly?
