Not here, seems ok with randomly choosing one here in Germany, e.g this one from the FAU in Erlangen/Nürnberg
https://ftp.fau.de/mxlinux-cd/MX/Snapshots/

out of the list of iso-mirrors:
https://rsync-mxlinux.org/mirmon/index.html

I had no problem accessing:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mx-linux/files/
If you are using a VPN, turn it off and try again.
HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
HP 17; ryzen 3 3200; 500 GB SSD; 12 GB ram
Idea Center 3; 12 gen i5; 256 GB ssd;

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.

The fastest way to get an iso is to use BitTorrent
l2.mxrepo.com/torrents
HP Pavillion TP01, AMD Ryzen 3 5300G (quad core), Crucial 500GB SSD, Toshiba 6TB 7200rpm
Dell Inspiron 15, AMD Ryzen 7 2700u (quad core). Sabrent 500GB nvme, Seagate 1TB

Do we have torrents for latest ISO-snapshot's?

I don't think we ever did that, did we? There are plenty of places to get them from, from SourceForge site and most of the mirrors who carry them (on our mirror here: https://rsync-mxlinux.org/MX/Snapshots/ )

Whenever I have to pick between "whole sections of the Internet seem to be down" or "maybe it's just me", I usually lean on the "it's just me" end of things until I can prove otherwise.

There are several tools to help you figure out if a website is up. I grabbed a couple of MX Linux mirrors from the mirror list and put one each through:

Down for Everyone or Just Me

and

Is It Down Right Now

These sorts of connectivity testing sites can be really useful, especially when I'm having problems and I don't know if it's an issue on the server itself or just with the network. DuckDuckGo even offers this as a shortcut with the bang operator "!down" used in the search box, i.e. "!down ftp.osuosl.org".

And, for MX mirrors in particular, the the mirror list itself shows the health of its mirrors. (Portugal isn't lookin' so hot these days.)
