Buongiorno a tutto il team! Ritorno a postare la questione della connessione cablata che si ostina a non funzionare anche dopo aver installato il kernel liquorix, come suggerito in un analogo post.
Questo è il contenuto del mio file interfaces:

Quando avvio il sistema, la connessione funzionante è solo la wifi mentre la eth0 continua ad essere KO. Qualsiasi tentativo di abilitarla tramite interfaccia grafica su KDE non ottiene alcun risultato.
Mi chiedo a questo punto se sia il caso di tornare al kernel predefinito, ed in tal caso quale dovrebbe essere la procedura corretta per non sbagliare?

Ti preghiamo di ripubblicare la tua QSI poiché i dettagli potrebbero essere cambiati in cinque mesi.
Alcuni router forniti dall'ISP sono solo WiFi per impostazione predefinita e Ethernet deve essere abilitata localmente dall'utente o in remoto dall'ISP.

Inoltre ho riscontrato che la connessione ethernet a volte si mette a funzionare senza alcun intervento da parte mia, ma all'avvio del sistema si connette in wi-fi e basta

Avremo bisogno del profilo completo del tuo computer prima di procedere, quindi devi postare l'output dall'utilità QSI. L'utilità Quick System Info (QSI) si trova in MX Tools e il suo output è formattato automaticamente per l'uso qui nel forum. Esegui l'utilità QSI, clicca su "Copia per forum" in basso e poi incollalo qui nel tuo thread. Regole del forum

Ethernet è un sottosistema legacy che viene attivato dal BIOS durante o subito dopo il POST. Il WiFi non verrà attivato finché il sistema operativo non si carica perché fornisce il driver. Il fatto che Ethernet venga arrestato quando il router rileva un segnale WiFi indica che la fonte del problema è il router.

Invece di accedere al router, una soluzione semplice sarebbe quella di rimuovere la scheda WiFi dal computer.

Ho provato a disattivare il wifi sul router ed il problema persiste.
Se apro MX Network Assistant risulta presente anche la voce eth1, che non esiste fisicamente sul mio sistema, e se la disattivo riesco a connettrmi con la eth0
Purtroppo non c'è modo di mantenerla disattiva e si ripristina ad ogni avvio della macchina
Ora sto inviando questo post con la eth0 visto che non ho il wifi attivo, ma se riavvio il sistema, devo rifare la procedura di disaativazione ethi menzionata, e dopo un po
il collegamento con eth0 riesce. E' evidente che non posso lavorare in questo modo.
