The printer does not print in color

#1 Post by Domenico »

Good morning,
My PC with MX Linux is connected via USB cable to an Epson ET2820 printer.
The printer is recognized and prints perfectly in black and white.
However when I need to print in color, it only prints the color magenta.
Obviously the yellow and cyan cartridges are full.
I have cleaned the heads several times, but to no avail.
The same printer is also connected to another PC with Windows 10, and in this case it prints in color perfectly.
So I think it's a driver problem.
Right now, with MX Linux, I'm using the following driver: epson-inkjet-printer.escpr_1.8.5-1_amd64.deb
Please, can anyone help me?
Thanks.
Below I attach the detailed information:

Power Cleaning in Maintenance. Ink Tanks must be at 30% or more. This should be your last resort. Found a video to explain it all to you.
