Bluetooth device has to be started manually.

With the fresh MX install bluetooth worked fine, It started automatically, and once my earphones powered on, the sound system switches to my earphones automatically as well.
With time things got degradation. Once my earphones powered on the sound system keep the output on laptop speakers.
And recently the bluetooth device don't starts automatically, I have to start blueman to get the popup that offers to start that device.
I remember It was the same on archlinux, but I gave up at the time and I installed another distro...
I have two problems, but the priority in my opinion is to solve the bluetooth device startup. I guess there is some garbage on some cache directory, but I'm a bit scared to flush random directories without knowledge.

MX Tweak has a config for its startup.

If it is already on click it off, apply, and then click it on to refresh the config.

I don't have the bluetooth field int that panel. Thank you for the suggestion.

The 'Other' tab is not displayed when that app opens. It has to be left clicked to show its content.

I have that "other" panel but I don't have the "bluetooth" line. That sounds wierd I know.

Bluetooth worked fine after MX installation. So there surely a solution to re-init all that s...
I can blame the hardware, but I don't know how to test it.

Edit: I made a test with the MX live iso. Bluetooth works much better ! The devices restarts succesfully after PC sleeps, and blueman even shows me the battery level of my earphones !

Therefore you need to search for how apps are auto-started in bspwm

(On regular MX (Xfce) they're checked ootb in "Session and Startup").

I still have that menu because bspwm just replaces the default window manager. Xfce is still here.
Also I made this setup since the start, and bluetooth worked better.

I found a solution to the bluetooth restart failings. I reinstalled bluez after a full uninstall using 'apt purge'
