Albert, a launcher/file & bookmark search engine/etc, was available from the MX21 repo. I used it a lot. I recently installed MX23 and it is not in any of the MXPI repos. Is it possible for Albert (C++/Qt) to be packaged for MX23?

This link has deb files but my trust is in the MX packagers and MXPI.

Do you find it better than Krunner? If so, what does it offer that Krunner doesn't?

I have no experience with KRunner. I am on Xfce and generally try to avoid the extra dependencies of KDE apps..

I'll take a look at it. It now runs on Qt 6, though.

Thanks! The parts I tried are working for me, that is, as a file finder.

Yes, we put it in MX 23 main, since it seems fine, and Debian doesn't have it.
