Hello CaptainKirk, maybe take a look here => https://wiki.debian.org/rt2860sta

Thanks for the link, Aika.
The data seem to apply to old versions of the Linux kernel, or to compiling in a Ubuntu system, and it will take some hacking to get it right!

Take a look at this page.

USB WiFi adapters that are supported with in-kernel drivers are plug-and-play with most desktop distros.

Your QSI does not show a Ralink device, instead it's a Realtek: https://linux-hardware.org/?id=usb:2357-011f

If you haven't plugged it in, please do so and try another QSI.

The USB WiFi adapter listed in your QSI has a realtek 8821au chipset (not to be confused with the 8812au one) which should work if you install the rtl8821au-dkms package. if it's already installed try loading the module manually

Code: Select all

 sudo modprobe 8821au
