Title: Kyocera FS1061DN installed but not printing on MX Linux (PPD file used)

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble getting my Kyocera FS1061DN printer to work on MX Linux. I've successfully installed the printer using a dedicated PPD file, but it still won't print.
What I've tried:
* **Installed the printer using a PPD file:** The printer shows up in my system settings and CUPS.
* **Checked MX Linux repositories and OpenPrinting:** Couldn't find any other relevant drivers.
* **Tried generic drivers (PostScript/PCL):** No success.
* **Looked for drivers for similar models:** Nothing worked.
* **Contacted Kyocera support:** They don't offer support for Linux.

I performed the installation according to this description. Linux itself suggested FS-1050. I followed all the steps and it is as I described.

Have you tried booting with SystemD enabled?

Unlike earlier MX versions MX-23 comes with an enabled firewall. I would try disabling it (Start -> Settings -> Firewall Configuration) and here's why.
Your logs show your printer with a local ip address so it's connected through ethernet.
I found a list of the internet ports the Kyocera FS1061DN uses. I suspect the firewall may be blocking one or more of them.If the printer works with the firewall disabled but you want the firewall enabled you can then set firewall rules that allow the necessary ports.
