qpdfview display problems

Hi, I'm having display problems in qpdfview, the tool icons can barely be seen and so are some menu items

change your icon theme to one meant for dark themes should help the icons bar.

The problem also occurs on other programs such as transmission with illegible writing (black on a dark background)

In practice I can only choose mx comfort dark, with all the other dark themes there are display problems, I have tried many of them even downloaded from https://www.xfce-look.org/browse/

As mentioned, the trick is to choose a corresponding icons theme.
E.g. here a pdf shown with a picture of MX-Tweak-Themes setting:
mx-comfort theme with light icon theme:
qpdf-light-themes.jpg
and
mx-comfort-dark theme with corresponding dark icon theme:
qpdf-dark-themes.jpg
Note: After changing icons-theme, the Qpdfview needs to be re-started, b/c the toolbar is populated
at start of the app with the symbolic icons of the current icons theme.
