Unknown update

An update, mx-iso-template, has been showing for several days, but will not work. It shows "unknown" in the update window. I have waited several days for it to be corrected as I expected it would (experience with other distros), but it hasn't been. I changed mirrors but that didn't help. I tried deselecting it, but it reselects itself when I click "Update selected" if there is more than one update shown.

Is there anything I can do to clear this please?

Your main repository could be out of sync. Use Repo Manager in MX Tools to switch to Alblasserdam, The Netherlands ( which our team owns and manages). log out / in and try that update again.

discover for some reason is not actually applying the update to mx-iso-template.

so do the update from the commandline.

Code: Select all

sudo apt install mx-iso-template
should just update that particular package.
