keep getting this error when i try to update mx 23.2

this si the error i get every time i try to do a update, i get this and than it allows the other updates to go through?

THat does not look like a standard debian repo to me, was it added? And, that repo is off line as well.

Two comments:
* the instruction as posted by @siamhie viewtopic.php?p=766484#p766484 in form of a picture
do mention to use http:// and not https://
Next:
* It is highly not recommended to add a 3rd party repository which does not provide a signed Relase file by adding [trusted=yes].
Unsigned repositories are by default disabled in Debian based distros.
apt would complain with:
Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
* Now combining both a insecure http protocol with an unsigned repository, is something to be considered as insecure intrusion vector,
even if you would use a secure VPN.
