I prefer to keep my system flatpak-free.
Noticed that converseen v/0.12.0.1 is also available in Debian13 (trixie) repo.
Is it possible to backport it to debian12 and offer it in MX-23 test repo? Thanks

Of course, me too, prefer system without flatpaks, but on the other hand, every backport or repo add means work to someone. Thx for both solutions, for the moment using the flatpak update.

I personally use the official AppImage, it's just a minute or so manual work to swap it whenever I want to update it; it works great. That way I don't have to deal with any flatpaks. Sure it would be more convenient from the MXPI, but personally since that solution works perfectly fine for me, and it's not a major program such as GIMP which I use daily; I'd prefer if that would happen if the devs had some extra extra spare time.

I'll see about doing that tomorrow.
MXPI = MX Package Installer
QSI = Quick System Info from menu
The MX Test repository is mostly backports; not the same as Debian testing

I've built it for the MX 21 and 23 test repos, but you can install the appropriate deb early from this zip: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1368QAL ... sp=sharing
