Merry Christmas from the Southern Hemisphere

#1 Post by m_pav »

Here in NZ, sitting at the beginning of the timeline has it's benefits, we get to do Christmas first and we do it in the summer months. :number1:

Y'all haven't experienced Christmas till you've had a warm Christmas with the only fires being those under the Bar B Que cooking all the delicious foods. Our treat this year, Glace Cherries wrapped in Bacon, skewered on a toothpick and seared on the Bar-B-Q.

18°c with light rain and a slight breeze in East Waikato, near the border of Coromandel if you want to look it up. For those who use foreignheiht, that's 64.4°

Wishing you all a fantastic holiday and break from the norms, time with family and friends and food comas :)

Merry Christmas @m_pav and all from the Western Hemisphere/Pacific time zone. 🎄
This is my Fluxbox . There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My Fluxbox is my best friend. It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my Fluxbox is useless. Without my Fluxbox, I am useless.

Still waiting in West Texas. Got what I wanted. Dell II chromebook works just fine in antiX 23.1 runit except for touchpad settings. That is usually a given on chromebooks and linux. Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas to all from Canada -- the somnambulant giant on your doorstep.
HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
HP 17; ryzen 3 3200; 500 GB SSD; 12 GB ram
Idea Center 3; 12 gen i5; 256 GB ssd;

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.
