Replacing MX-23_KDE_RC1_x64 with MX-23_September_KDE

#1 Post by Justinian »

Had RC1 running on Carrizo, Llano, Cezanne and Core2D these past months, without issue specifically on the MBR drives that had Windows pre-existing. Happy to have the latest monthly snapshot from mxrepo which is to take over the prior versions when I get to the individual units. On Cezanne 5600G the performance is astounding. Carrizo 7680 does very well too.

I typically just reinstall based upon the latest release, but I believe when I was testing it... all I needed to do was a full update.
*QSI = Quick System Info from menu (Copy for Forum)
*MXPI = MX Package Installer
*Please check the solved checkbox on the post that solved it.
*Linux -This is the way!

Yes, once we get to an RC pre-release, you can just do normal updates to have the same as the official releases.
MXPI = MX Package Installer
QSI = Quick System Info from menu
The MX Test repository is mostly backports; not the same as Debian testing
