Can we get Kicad v7?
Currently MX offers only Kicad v6.

If you are on MX-23 it is in Debian Bookworm backports.

Yes, please read our fine user manual about how to use MXPI to answer questions like this, and install KiCad 7.
MXPI = MX Package Installer
QSI = Quick System Info from menu
The MX Test repository is mostly backports; not the same as Debian testing
