Request MX-23 - Transmission v4

Can I get the latest Transmission bit torrent client, v4.0.3, in the MX-23 repos?
The latest version allows setting the size of torrent pieces and would help me a lot.

It's not in upstream Debian yet, but I'll take a swing at jumping ahead of those packagers.

4.0.3 is headed for the MX21 and 23 test repos.

Upgraded v3 to v4 from Test Repo in MXPI without any issues. Upon start up of v4, everything loaded without any errors, where as with v3 when I started it up, there would be 600-700+ errors, which took hours to clear.
