unable to update mxlinux [Solved]

i have 142 updates , but when i try updating i am unable to update

I think that is a repo that quit syncing some time ago. I suggest switching to a new mirror with mx-repo-manager.

Change to a different repo. These are the ones which are run by MX and should therefore be most reliable:

Alblasserdam
Milan
Salt Lake City, Utah
Los Angeles, Cal.

You can use the repo manager (MX Tools) to do that. Then, run sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade.
