MX Installer is corrupt

Received the following error on launch of MX Installer.
"-- FAILED START - The installation media is corrupt. --"
Dual booting MX-21/Windows 11 on Lenovo 64 bit laptop. FWIW here's the entire terminal activity:
"$ sudo minstall
QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root'
Installer version: 22.12
<< void MInstall::startup() >>
Detect EFI: 64
Exec #1: uname -m
Exit #1: 0 QProcess::NormalExit
Detect arch: "x86_64"
-- FAILED START - The installation media is corrupt. --"
Is it possible to re-install the installer and if so please point me in the direction of how? If not, can it be repaired or do I need to re-install the entire OS from scratch? Hopefully not, I am trying to create a snapshot of my current setup which took forever to accomplish. If this is a silly question, it's because I'm just learning Linux. Thanks.
