Current version in Enabled Repos is 0.73.5-1, which is from Jan 2021.
Meanwhile there was a lot of development including bugfixes, additions and updates.

Although there is an up to date version on Flathub, I suggest to consider updating Zim in Enabled Repos.

I installed Zim editor 0.75.1, which is now in MX 19/21 test.

It works fine.
