[Request] Lite-XL

Hi all,

I would like to suggest to add "lite-xl" text editor.
From the website (https://lite-xl.com/en/)

A lightweight, simple, fast, feature-filled, and extremely extensible text editor written in C, and Lua, adapted from lite.

I have tried it personally and I think it comes pre-loaded with a decent set of plugins that makes it lightweight and quite competitive alternative to other text editors.
