Hi everyone
i have this probleme with MX 18.3 64 bit installed on my Virtualbox 6.1.30.48432

and when i try to insert the Guest addition image and go to the file : sudo ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

i tried to unmount the vb guest iso i tried to boot up from both kernels is had i tried with systemD and normal nothing works the mx 18.3 is still not in full screen since the guest tools are not seem to be working or enabled

the probleme was with some packages gcc related that i had to install or update i did this on linux mx 18.3 and it worked
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install build-essential gcc make perl dkms
i installed vbox guest additions and it's working (copy paste , drag drop , full resolution)
I was hoping that if the developers mentioned doing this on the distro or something. it took me a while to find the solution because I'm a newbie.
i tried this on antiX 17.3 and it didnt work )= /
