Dual Laptop and external display and Chrome maximize

Hi there I got two screens a 17.2" (1920x1080) identified as Epson built into my laptop and an external Eizo 15" (1024x768), it seems the primary and secondary display maximizes windows beyond the defined screen size as when I mouse over I have to move down in order to get the close button. If I maximize Chrome it draws over to the primary screen. What can I troubleshoot or is it a panel issue on XFCE? I played around with DPI, and a few other settings but no difference. I have the Nvidia drivers installed, did not help either. MX Linux 21 final release
