Be sure to include proper system data, including the output of quick-system-info.
If posting nvidia-installer (ddm-mx) issues, please post the contents of /var/log/ddm.log.
If posting remaster issues, please include the contents of /var/log/live/live-remaster.log
If posting installer issues, please include the contents of /var/log/minstall.log
If posting issues with MX-PackageInstaller “Popular Apps”, please post contents of /var/log/mxpi.log or /var/log/mxpi.log.old (whichever contains the log of your issue).

from in mxlinux beta 1 and 2 and in rc1 i have seen that the plug of thunar samba share is install but dont work at all.
in xfce under sysnaptic i have seen that it is install , but not showing in thunar , all 3 versions beta 1 ,2 and know rc1 , is not showing in thunar at all.
but it is install , that is rare , i have reinstall and still not showing , but from the look i have seen , so far , mxlinux 19.4 is far better than 21 sorry but is just a fact.

No matter what theme I choose, there is a blue border outside the active window, which looks bad when using the red theme (Numix). Resolved
Switching the system-language (system-locales) does not update the name of the user folder. This is good in MX19.4
Also, I would like to know where I can add the username and password for samba.



The window border can be set in "tweak" 。This is something that is not in MX19.4

YESSSS VERY TREU , mxlinux have lost the touch in mxlinux 21 , there are more problem than you thing if you go deep and test things out to the bone.

Change the theme, does it stay blue?

i wonder if they testing the release of rc1 , from my looks they dont , if you see a bug in beta 1 , 2 and knwo rc is the same even samba share plugin under thunar is still not working and that is from beta 1 allready , ask the pro linux users they wil know that i am right
i have test rc1 on triple screen allready and i have never dump a distro so fast.

Yes. Even if you change the theme the active window's border is always blue . It's especially obvious in the dark theme.

Tried in VB, changed themes in MX Tweak

greybird dark - gray
greybird mx - gray
mx dark - blue
mx dark thick borders - black
mx light - blue
mx light thick borders - blue
numix - black

Oh, did find something. The dropdown does not drop down under application - window manager - icons. I have to click that spot repeatedly to change the content (as in: it then rolls through the options).

testing distro's in on real hardware not in virtualbox by the way
