Request Updated AppImage of LiveUSBMaker

This isn't exactly a package request, but I don't think the point will be missed. Forgive me.
My main desktop is Gentoo which is up-to-date, stable and bog standard. I had been using the AppImage of MX-LiveUSBMaker with which to make Live-USBs of MX-Linx for both personal use and at a small school I support where we are beginning to use MX-Linux on the desktop PCs and in the computer lab.
Recently, the AppImage fails during creation of the USB file system with this error:
In its place, I launch a recent ISO of MX-Linux in VirtualBox and run Live-USB-Maker from that. It is a cumbersome but working work around.
I thought the AppImage was a great innovation and would certainly use it.
