I was able to get these to run fine with the suggested system config rules on my Debian desktop, but my MX laptop just doesn't want to play ball. My NetMD device is happy working on the other system, so I don't think it's a hardware fault.
Being at the intersection of two niche groups I won't be surprised if no one else here has tried. That said, still worth asking I figure
