[SOLVED] Setting hardware clock to local time in antiX live USB

#1 Post by carolus »

There is an option in the MX date&time tool to use local time for the hardware clock, but I can't find an equivalent in antiX. Is there some way to keep an antiX live USB compatible with Windows, without having to manually adjust the time settings whenever I switch?

Type In Boot Options, (or select from F4 Options menu) whichever you like (first try, then you can make permanent)

hwclock=ask
hwclock=utc
hwclock=local

(Win. uses local and Linux utc )
