How can I installed Brackets on MX Linux-19.2 ? Can,t see anything on repo. ?

Either use its snap package (you need to boot using systemd to use snap):

Or request that it be added to the MX Repos:

To request new or updated software packages be added to the MX Repositories, please read these instructions first, then post your request in the appropriate Package Requests/Status subforum for your version of
MX: 19, 17/18 or 15/16.

There's also an AppImage and a .deb package for a fork called brackets-electron found on AppImageHub. It might or might not be what you need, so make sure you read the differences between brackets and brackets-electron first, and keep in mind it's based on the 1.10 release (July 2017).
