couple of small suggestions

Is this an appropriate place for suggestions? If not, mods please move this.

Two small things I'd like to see:

1: The KDE network icon in the lower-right panel is by necessity small, but with the VPN engaged a very, very, very tiny padlock appears in the lower right side of the network icon. I suggest that the padlock take up the entire space for the network icon.

2: On the system load viewer, the choices are CPU, Ram, swap and cache. I would love to have the option of network traffic thruput.

MX is pretty amazing. Big thanks to the movers and shakers making it happen.

There is another taskbar plasmoid that I use that shows up/down network throughput in text, but I'm running XFCE right now. It may be preinstalled, or I may have got it with the "get new widgets" feature, but I'm sure the widget search feature will turn it up.

The displayed network icon probably depends on the icon theme. If so, a motivated user can substitute their own icon in the theme if they want to.

It is the Network Speed widget. At least that is the one I use. But no indication of VPN use.

I'm pretty sure the OP means the KDE network-manager plasmoid we have running by default when talking about the padlock, since I don't think they have NetWork Speed running, or at least gave no sign of it.

Yes. reviewing the topic I can see that.
