[Package request] Shrewsoft VPN Client (ike and ike-qtgui)

I just got a new laptop and upgraded to MX-19.2 and found that the "ike' and "ike-qtgui" VPN packages are no longer in the repo. I utilize the ike VPN client heavily for my work. Both packages are available in the MX-18.3 and older repos, and I've used them for years. Is it possible to have them re-added, or is this a Debian issue? I attempted to build from source, but "make" failed with a "EVP_CIPHER_CTX ctx_cipher" has incomplete type and cannot be defined" error.
