A duckduckgo Search of the Internet reveals 13 apps capable of displaying Dicom files.
Of the 13, 3 are in the MX Linux Repository:
Amide
XMedcon
Aeskulap
The Forum Search I didn't find any discussion threads about any of them.
Anyone try these one or more of these and have a recommendation, please?
Thanks!

Custom-built PC w/i7 CPU running MX-16.
Re: X-Ray - Dicom - View
Aeskulap stopped developing in 2007.
Amide uses it own proprietary file format.
Have not tried XMedon yet.
