I installed Stevo's MX19-x-64 Updated respin a couple of days ago, and so far it's been good.
I added the buster ahs repository and all updates have been applied.
I have not added anything from the Test Repo.
This is the first MX install where I have not needed to activate Use Intel driver instead of "modsetting" driver to get rid of screen tearing.

I have been losing internet connectivity periodically with MX19.
I found that, at least with this respin, clicking the Network Manager applet in the system tray and then clicking Wired Connection 1, the connection is restored.
So far, this happened only once with the respin, but several times with the official release.
This never happened with previous installations of 18.x.

Is there some change in the network configuration that would cause it to disconnect or drop the connection?

The CPU temperature looks too high.
It seems to match the Sensor Viewer pch_cannonlake-0 value.
The coretemp-0 values for all six cores are much lower at idle - between 28 and 32 celsius.

I don't think you're system specs warrant really using the AHS respin, but it shouldn't hurt using it either.

Doing some interwebs hunting lead me across a bunch of bug threads about this NIC:

Look half way down the 2nd post, I219-V [8086:15b8] is addressed there.

But this Bug report is about the same issue and mentions the above fix as well (see post #17, 29, 32, 62).

May turning off Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), TCP Segmentation Offload (TSO), or Generic Segmentation Offload (GSO) may or may not fix your issue, but it's worth a shot.
Some attempted and recommended shutting off Compatibility Support Module (CSM) in the UEFI firmware as well.

By chance are you dual booting Windows 10 with this system too?

I may have done something wrong here, since I don't understand what this is.

CSM in the UEFI is Disabled.
No Windows on this machine.
I have Mint 19.1 and MX 18.3 on the SATA SSD.
Mint 19.3, MX 18.3 and MX 19 on the NVME.

I don't know how to turn that stuff OFF other than what was listed.
I looked at the XFCE Power Manager but didn't see anything there that appeared to apply.
MX Network Assistant -> Linux drivers DOES show e1000e as the loaded driver.
Advanced Network Configuration applet for editing Wired Connection 1 on the Ethernet tab has a Wake on LAN setting which is set to Default.

Same issue occurred today. Clicking on Wired Connection 1 in the system tray restored the connection.
