Integration of proper Window Manager theme file?

Hi everyone. The screenshot pretty much explains what this post is about. The calculator window contains the actual theme that's installed on my setup right now. I'm not exactly sure how that works but that theme happens to be BlackMATE and it's my favorite dark theme of all becaue it's very eye friendly. BlackMATE appears to have the Theme i.e. Style & Window decoration all rolled into one. So when you look in the window decorations, there's no BlackMATE there. For some weird reasons, some applications (very few) utilize the default window decoration of BlackMATE which is installed and the desired decoration, while other applications (most) use the Arc-Dark Window decorations which I have chosen from the Settings/Window Decoration options. I would really like for all of my applications to have the same BlackMATE window decoration, but that's strictly available in the Window Styles section only.
Any thoughts or ideas on how that might be accomplished (without switching to the Mate desktop)?
Except for the window decoration, I like my current XFCE exactly as it is. That would be my only desired change ...
