I'm kinda new here but still wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate it. Here's to a great forum, great support and hopefully great future friendships. Enjoy your day and holiday week please.

My little fiesta is a day late. I went shopping this morning and among other things I got 1/2 kilo of lechon belly (pork belly and boneless side meat rolled up with lemon grass, spring onions and bay leaves in the middle plus rock salt and pepper, rolled up, tied and spit-roasted over charcoal basted with coconut water, with juicy meat and fat and crispy skin), and a tub of cookies & cream ice cream for dessert, although there was a special so it came with a free pint of peanut and cashew ice cream. I may have some of that and save the cookies & cream. But first I'll pig out on pig! Happy belated Thanksgiving! (Really belated for the Canadians.)
