The best choice

Hello everybody,

This is my first post and I just want to express my surprise and thanks because I think I've found the distribution that best suits what I need. Right now it's my working tool and I also want it to be the one for personal use.

I have been using Xubuntu and Debian for more than ten years and, in my opinion, MX brings together the best of both and surpasses them with all the utilities that it incorporates. Previously, before choosing MX, I tried many others but I must say that I feel more comfortable in deb universe.

Welcome, @adeplus. Your origin story sounds pretty similar to mine. I came to MX for the speed. I stayed for the utilities (the "MX Tools").

"eedjut" (I love it!) :number1:
Personally, I consider myself a "loose nut on the keyboard". You have to beware of loose nuts on the keyboard...
:welcome:

 I have installed MX19 on all but my chromebook which runs GalliumOs.

MX just works; I use my desktop to lookup information; do some online finance, a little word processing and scanning in doc's. all the tools in MX work for me. My desktop is easy to understand(I put the panel at the bottom and added a quick shutdown button on the right; Spouse does not even realize she is using linux

I first found Antix years ago and it led me to MX; the distro that works.
