Not sure what you mean by "active operations." You can stop it from mounting new volumes:
Thunar > Edit > Preferences, Adsvanced tab: click on the "Configure" link to adjust behavior.

Check the official XFCE website and they told me that Thunar works that way.

Again I have to show up MX linux, I need another desk. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Was it because you downloaded large iso files (the Mint iso) on your desktop, and your desktop settings are configured to show icons for all files on the desktop or something like that?
You could try downloading your iso files to the $HOME/Downloads folder instead of your desktop. And move the Mint iso to that folder.

The problem is that, for example, I transfer a file to a partition or a pendrive, this file takes a while. So, if I open thunar again to perform another task, opening thunar shows me the transfer task that runs in the background. This is very annoying. Try transferring a long file, and open thunar several times, every time you open it, the activity it has in the background will come out. I hope I was clear. I will continue using Linux Mint Mate, background tasks do not open every time I start Caja.
