Request: Julia language

Please add to repo current stable release (recently 1.0.3) of Julia language (nearly perfect language for numerical computing)

This should be in one of the sub-forums for example
DevelopmentCommunity Repository (CR)Package Requests / StatusPackage Requests/Status - MX 17
or whatever MX version you are using.

I am using MX18 ... there is no MX18 subforum, shoud I put this request to MX17 sub-forum?
